The Sonnet xMac Studio with Echo II DV T5 Enclosure System (XMAC-STD-IIDVT5) is a professional 3U rackmount solution designed to integrate a Mac Studio into demanding production environments while expanding its capabilities. Built from rugged steel, it securely houses your Mac Studio and includes a preinstalled two slot Thunderbolt 5 to PCIe expansion module, making it ideal for audio and video workflows that rely on high performance PCIe I/O cards. It allows you to run two high bandwidth DV I/O cards simultaneously, giving your setup the flexibility needed for advanced post production and broadcast applications.

The Echo II DV T5 module features dual Thunderbolt 5 interfaces that deliver dedicated bandwidth to each PCIe slot, supporting a wide range of compatible non GPU PCIe cards. A built in 400W power supply accommodates power intensive cards, while ultra quiet temperature controlled fans help maintain reliable operation without adding distracting noise to your workspace. Thoughtful airflow design supports the Mac Studio’s cooling system, helping it operate in a rack just as efficiently as it would on a desktop.

Designed for convenience and mobility, the enclosure offers front panel access to the Mac Studio’s ports, a dedicated power button, and an integrated four port USB A hub. The expansion module and PCIe cards can be accessed easily from the front, and there is space beneath the computer to secure up to two Thunderbolt or USB SSDs. With its compact depth and secure internal mounting, the xMac Studio with Echo II DV T5 is well suited for studio racks, server rooms, and mobile production setups that need dependable performance on the go.
