The Neve Elements 1084 EQ brings the unmistakable character of classic Neve console equalization into a modern, eight-channel analogue processor. Part of the Neve Elements range, it features authentic 1084 inductor-based three-band EQ circuitry, closely associated with the legendary Neve Sound City 8028 console. Combining traditional analogue sound with digital control, the 1084 EQ provides flexible tonal shaping for recording, mixing and multichannel processing.

Each channel offers selectable high and low-frequency shelving, a versatile midrange band with switchable High Q, and dedicated high-pass and low-pass filters. From broad tonal adjustments to more focused frequency shaping, the 1084 EQ provides a familiar approach to analogue equalization. All eight channels are housed in a compact 2U rackmount enclosure, making it practical to incorporate multiple channels of classic Neve processing into an existing studio setup.

The Elements system adds modern workflow capabilities without replacing the analogue signal processing with digital emulation. The Element Control Plugin allows direct control from a DAW, complete session recall and parameter automation, while the Neve Elements App provides an alternative control interface. An intelligent insert matrix, Ethernet connectivity, snapshots and a 64-step undo system further simplify integration and operation. The 1084 EQ works independently with existing studio equipment and can also integrate with the Neve 8424E console for control from its surface.
