Description

This modular stereo microphone set combines two microphone amplifiers with a paired set of omnidirectional condenser capsules for capturing spacious, consistent sound. Its spherical pickup pattern collects audio from every direction, making the pair suitable for stereo recording applications where natural ambience and a broad representation of the acoustic environment are desired.

Each microphone uses a balanced, transformerless amplifier with a standard 3-pin XLR output and support for 12V or 48V phantom power. The microphones have no switchable low-cut filter or pad, providing a straightforward signal path and simple operation. Two microphone clips, two foam windscreens, and an elegant wooden case are included for mounting, protection, transport, and storage.
