The Barefoot Sound Footprint®02 Gen2 is a high-performance studio monitor that blends compact design with professional-grade power and precision. Built for engineers, producers, and creators who need uncompromising monitoring in smaller studio spaces, the Gen2 version is a complete overhaul of the original Footprint02—featuring upgraded drivers, a re-engineered DSP platform, and refined cabinet acoustics. It delivers the same sonic DNA as its larger siblings in a footprint that fits a wider range of production environments.

This tri-amplified 3-way monitor houses a 1-inch dual-ring radiator tweeter, a 5-inch aluminum cone midrange, and dual 6.5-inch aluminum woofers—each powered by dedicated Class D amplification (60W tweeter / 200W mid / 200W bass). The result is wide and smooth frequency response from 38 Hz to 42 kHz, minimal distortion, and crystal-clear detail at every level. At the core of its performance is SPOC™ (Spectrally Optimized Conversion), Barefoot's patented hybrid analog-digital crossover system that boosts signal-to-noise ratio by 15 dB and preserves transient accuracy, delivering low-latency, high-resolution monitoring ideal for mixing, mastering, and immersive workflows.
