Description

The Musical Fidelity M6xTT is a high-end turntable that delivers audiophile performance and elegant design, inspired by the renowned M8xTT and legendary M1 turntable. Engineered with a mass-loaded acrylic and aluminium construction, it features a dual-plinth chassis that isolates the motor from the tonearm and platter for reduced resonance and enhanced sonic purity. A precision electronic speed control system ensures accurate playback at both 33 and 45 RPM, powered by a dedicated DC-driven AC generator that removes any dependency on mains power quality.

The turntable is equipped with a 9-inch tonearm based on the M8xTT design, offering full azimuth and VTA adjustment for optimal cartridge alignment. Its ultra-low resonance construction includes a transparent acrylic bearing ring, conical aluminium arm tube, and TPE-damped counterweights. The 6.6kg aluminium platter, TPE-damped for resonance control, is driven by a seamless belt and sits on an inverted bearing with ceramic ball tip. Finishing touches include magnetic height-adjustable feet, a leather mat, full-aluminium record puck, and a semi-balanced phono cable. Handmade in Europe, the M6xTT brings the spirit of flagship analogue performance to a more accessible tier.
